Shipping & Returns Policies

Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: A Biggar Picture Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages: A Biggar Picture Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to submit a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before submitting a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Process: To return an item, please email customer service at [email@example.com] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address: A Biggar Picture Ltd, Office 1, Enterprise Works, Long Lane, Honley, West Yorkshire. HD9 6EA

Refunds: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Faulty Goods: If the item you received is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it’s supposed to, you are entitled to a full refund. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods that you wish to return them. You then have another 14 days to return the goods **[1][2].

Change of Mind: For online, mail, and telephone order customers, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, even if they are not faulty. You must notify us within this period, and you have another 14 days to return the goods. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. **[1][2].

Exceptions: Certain items are non-returnable, such as personalized items, perishable goods, and unwrapped CDs, DVDs, and software. For defective or damaged products, please contact us at sales@abiggarpicture.co.uk to arrange a refund or exchange. **[1].
